The warranty applies to custom-made and made-to-measure products, which, in accordance with generally applicable law, are non-exchangeable and non-returnable, as well as standardized products. The warranty covers custom-made wallpapers, wallpapers in standardized stripes, and wallpapers in circular and arc shapes. The warranty allows anyone to exchange the purchased wallpaper for another one within 14 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for the warranty, the purchased product must be returned complete in its original packaging, unmounted, and free from signs of use.

A warranty is a promise to replace the product if it does not meet the customer's visual or other expectations.
1. Pursuant to Article 27 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights, a consumer who has concluded a distance or off-premises contract may withdraw from it within 14 days without giving any reason and at no cost. For this reason, products not personalized by the customer, e.g., wallpaper, circles, or arches, are eligible for returns.
2. Until the product card is accepted, you can cancel an order that has been placed and paid for. To do so, please send an email to biuro@wallart.com.pl , providing the order details and return details: address and bank account number.
3. After accepting the product card, it is possible to cancel the order, but the refund will be 50% of its value.
4. We will refund the funds to your account within 7 business days from the moment you provide the details for the refund, and in the case of purchases based on a VAT invoice - from the moment the invoice correction is accepted.
5. If the Customer provides incomplete or incorrect information, or if extraordinary circumstances arise that are not the Store's fault, the Store reserves the right to refuse to process the order without providing a reason. The refund will be made within 7 days to the account from which the transfer was made.
