Each wall has its own character

An unusual wall is one that requires individual adjustment of the wallpaper pattern – both in terms of shape and pattern proportions .

We serve, among others:

  • Walls wider than 5 meters
  • Walls higher than 4 meters
  • Slopes and attics
  • Staircases
  • Arches and circles of non-standard dimensions
  • Alcoves and unusual structures

How to measure a wall correctly?

Windows

  1. Measure the width and height of the wall - write down both dimensions

  2. If the wallpaper is to be on several walls , describe how they connect to each other.

  3. Windows:
    - Mark their position on the sketch.
    - Provide dimensions – width and height.

  4. Check if the partial dimensions, when added together, equal the entire width/height of the wall. (Does b+c+d=a? e+f+g=h?)

  5. Be sure to let us know if there are any unusual features on your wall (e.g., a fireplace, alcove, molding, or molding).

  6. Don't add inventory. We'll do that ourselves during the visualization process.

Door

  1. Measure the width and height of the wall - write down both dimensions

  2. If the wallpaper is to be on several walls , describe how they connect to each other.

  3. Door :
    - Mark their position on the sketch.
    - Provide dimensions – width and height.
    - Specify whether the door is standard or covered, and whether it will be wallpapered. Measure the door according to the graphic.

  4. Check if the partial dimensions, when added together, equal the entire width/height of the wall. (Does b+c+d=a? e+f+g=h?)

  5. Be sure to let us know if there are any unusual features on your wall (e.g., a fireplace, alcove, molding, or molding).

  6. Don't add inventory. We'll do that ourselves during the visualization process.

Bevels

  1. Measure the width and height of the wall - write down both dimensions

  2. If the wallpaper is to be on several walls , describe how they connect to each other.

  3. If the wall is at an angle, measure the angle according to the graphic.

  4. Check if the partial dimensions, when added together, equal the entire width/height of the wall. (Does b+c+d=a? e+f+g=h?)

  5. Be sure to let us know if there are any unusual features on your wall (e.g., a fireplace, alcove, molding, or molding).

  6. Don't add inventory. We'll do that ourselves during the visualization process.

The cage

  1. Measure the width and height of the wall - write down both dimensions

  2. If the wallpaper is to be on several walls , describe how they connect to each other.

  3. If the wall is located in a stairwell, dimension the stairs according to the graphic.

  4. Check if the partial dimensions, when added together, equal the entire width/height of the wall. (Does b+c+d=a? e+f+g=h?)

  5. Be sure to let us know if there are any unusual features on your wall (e.g., a fireplace, alcove, molding, or molding).

How to measure a wall?

Pattern Matching

We change the colors, proportions and frame of the pattern so that the wallpaper fits perfectly into your interior.

We can lighten or darken the pattern, match the shade to the paint, make a mirror image or prepare wallpaper in non-standard dimensions.

All this to ensure that the effect is consistent and refined in every detail.

Individual designs and modifications

We are happy to implement your ideas and help you create wallpapers that perfectly match your interior.
Each change, however, differs in difficulty and the time required to complete it. Below, you'll find a description of the types of changes. This will help you plan your order more easily, understand the realistic turnaround time, and check which modifications are possible.

(project preparation up to 2 days)

  • color change when the entire pattern is changed uniformly (e.g. lighter, two shades darker, increased/decreased saturation, black and white, whitened, in shades of beige - without specific NCS colors or other specific guidelines); remember that for color changes we also send samples for color approval on print,
  • slightly higher walls - max. 400 cm,
  • mirror reflections,
  • special circles and arcs (frame change),
  • circles and arcs wider than 130 cm,
  • walls wider than 500 cm and pattern extension - most of such visualizations are prepared within 2 business days*, however, it may turn out that the change will be more time-consuming and take up to 7 business days*.

(project preparation within 7 days)

  • detailed color change, when only elements are to be changed, new colors are introduced, specific NCS colors or other specific guidelines are provided,
  • wall higher than 400 cm (no drawing required).

Consultation is required each time - the graphics department assesses whether the change is possible and how long it will take to prepare the visualization (no more than 7 business days):

  • complex walls requiring a layout (staircases, attics, etc.),
  • own files and their modifications,
  • removing, adding elements,
  • all unusual changes.
  • creating a new pattern,
  • color changes, when the customer sends e.g. a photo of the panels or the name of the paint - then please provide the NCS/RAL number - remember to explain to the customer that the colors on the screens differ from the colors in the printout,
  • when the client only sends a link to a graphic that requires purchase - remember that the purchase of the graphic is the client's responsibility,
  • if information or dimensions are missing - remember to provide all necessary dimensions,
  • copies of designs from other manufacturers - in such a situation we recommend a design from the Wall Art offer.
